Covid Compliant Showings

Due to state/local COVID-19 protocols, we ask that all prospective tenants first view the photos and walk-through tour link and drive by the property. If you wish to view the rental in person, you will be asked to either first sign a "Coronavirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration" form or, at the unit, a sign-in sheet to verify that you do not have any COVID symptoms and that you will follow the posted rules of entry. PPE is required inside the rental. Visitors should maintain a minimum social distance of six feet from other visitors who are not in their household.
